  1. The Auto Evaluator Says:

Was the car purchased Brand New? Was the oil leak from the same problem? How long has the dealership ahd your vehicle for?

  2. ETHOL Says:

You say it was new when you bought it (with 1500 miles) ?
    was it a dealer demo?
If so than it was untitled & considered NEW.
This is important because the LEMON LAW only pertains to NEW UNTITLED VEHICLES.

I’m also concerned about the currant mileage on your vehicle.
I think the manufacturer warranty is limited to 10,000 miles per year. The lemon law says it must “conform to your vehicles expressed warranty” If you’ve exceeded the mileage per year, the law and/or warranty may not apply. Tricky Huh ?
Read your warranty book that came with the vehicle. I could be wrong.
also when you bought your new vehicle ( if it was in fact new) you should’ve been given a copy of your rights under the lemon law in your state.
Review your paperwork & all the answers will be there.
