I’ve got a 2007 Chevy that went that turned out to be trash. Anyway, I found an attorney and gave him my case a few months ago back on June 24 and it took him until August 25 to get a first response/offer from GM which was crap. Basically they offered me less money than my attorney would get in fees and an extended warranty. My attorney agreed that it was crap, so he rejected the offer. The thing is, from June to Aug, he never spoke with me, I always speak to his assistant and when I asked to speak with the attorney, he only promisses me that he will call me back, and NEVER does. So I called on Aug. 25 and told them that if I don’t get a call back from the attorney to find out what in the hell is going on, then I’m going to find another attroney. He then called me back and told me that he got an offer from GM…..what a coincidence, they day I threaten them going to a different attorney, he calls back and gives me this shitty offer, that even he told me not to accept. Back to The waiting game again. Since Aug 25, he hasn’t gotten back to me. Is there something wrong with my lawyer or is this lemon law process normal. What should I do?
Thanks!
CORRECTION: I GAVE HIM THE CASE ON JUNE 5!!!!!!!!

I took it to an authorized dealership/service for doge, it is covered under factory warranty up to 36000 miles it has 27211 on it now. The dealership told me that the camshaft had play in it and broke it so the engine needs to be replaced. the new one will not be their till Tuesday or Wednesday. The rent a car that the dealership told me to pick up, needs to be back on Monday??? That’s a whole other thing.. Dos the same problem needs to brake 3 times in order to do lemon law? Also will my new motor warranty start over or do I only get the difference in miles to the 36000..is the new engine warranty under mopo 2 year or 25000 miles what do you think???

ryenzero asked:

This question and post applies to anyone who either owns or has driven a 2004 or newer Nissan Maxima with similar problems as I’ve reported:

Has anyone experienced a front end shimmy in a 2004 or newer Nissan Maxima? I have put my 2004 Nissan Maxima in the shop numerous times for the front end shimmy and its one thing after another, as far as excuses and repairs go. New Tires, Struts, Rims, Bearings, still there is a shimmy.

I am currently suing the dealership and Nissan Corp. for failure to repair, dealer fraud, deception, and am also pursuing a class action suit against Nissan due to several other reported cases of this exact problem. Have any owners gone through with a Lemon Law Suit or a Magnusson Moss Warranty Protection Act claim?

Has anyone dealt with such/similar issues?
I have replaced the tires 3 times in 9 months. I’ve had the struts replaced, new brakes, replaced slightly bent rim. The car has been in for repair 5 times, same problem. The steering wheel shakes violently, at times it gives me a headache. I have done some investigating and the dealership knew of the problem at the time of sale; previous owners traded the car in for this reason. A salesman informed me it was a tire issue and that it would be fixed. Such detailed findings lead me to the filing of a consumer fraud case (deception and fraud).

Nissans built within a certain date were poorly engineered, primarily the first breed of 6th gens. Several Lemon Law claims have been filed with this exact this issue.

Why should a car owner have to get his/her tires balanced every 4-5k miles? A carl, especially a Certified Pre-Owned $25,000 Nissan should not have these problems, period!
By the way, I tried contacting the owner of the dealer on several occasions. He tried to have me trade the vehicle in on another, which I tried to do. When I went to trade the car in, they wanted money saying that the car’s trade in value (Galves Value) was less than I owed. At that time, I only owned the car for less than 3 months. Why should I have to take the loss?
